its a slippery slope...high powered rifles semi-automatic or not have no place in the general population it serves no purpose...

i think the issue is bullets truly....you have a guy go out and buy 1,500 rounds at one time...he should automatically be flagged or something.

But this shooter was working with only hand guns, either way the checks and balances have to be improved.
