These Roots albums I don't own, and i hear I'm missing out by not owning them. Can you please rate them for me?

Game Theory
Phrenology
Tipping Point
Rising Down

Game Theory

^^^ One of their more darker albums. It's one of the best albums released that year. I'd rank this as one of their best period. "False Media", "Don't Feel Right", "Can't Stop This", "Here I Come", and "Atonement" were standouts to me.

Phrenology

^^^ This is dope. It's probably more commercial than their other albums. Still some great music on it. "Water", "The Seed 2.0", "Break You Off", "p*ssy Galore", and "Thought At Work" were some of the standouts IMO.

Tipping Point

^^^ This one is more Scott Storch driven. Several songs here scream Scott Storch circa 2004 right down to some "Lean Back" sounding production on "Duck Down". Still a dope album though. Though it's possibly unpopular opinion, I found myself liking this one most of the four. "The Web" is crazy from an MCing standpoint, "Boom" showcases some of the best Big Daddy Kane and Kool G. Rap impersonations you'll ever hear, and "Star" and "Stay Cool" are also standouts.

Rising Down

^^^ The one I've listened to the least from the list. Not because it's bad, it just lacks the replay value. There's some great songs on it like "Criminal" (the best song IMO), "Rising Down", "Rising Up" and "The Show" were the best songs IMO.

Game Theory 4.5/5 really loved the stride they hit on this album after following the Tipping Point...they started to have a harder edge on this album and followed it up well after it on Rising Down. Arguably my favorite Roots record.

Phrenology 4/5 good record. not my personal favorite but i need to revisit it at some point

Tipping Point 4/5 grew on me after awhile. at one point nothing could top Things Fall Apart but now i dont even prefer that version of the Roots anymore

Rising Down 4.5/5 probably my favorite Roots album. shyt is raw. Thought is in your face and smashes this shyt from front to back. alot of great appearances on there too.

I didn't like a lot of the beats on Rising Down.

i liked the darker and more edgy sound. it wasnt like anything i had heard from them before. they showed glimpses of it on Game Theory though.

Brehs, I could have copped Game Theory tonight for $5.99. I wanted to cop that, Talib Kweli - Quality (not really a favorite, but it was only 4.99), Curren$y - Weekend at Burnies, Jaheim - Ghetto Love (:mjpls:), and Jill Scott - Vol 3. They had a buy 2 get one free deal on the used Cds, and Game Theory, Quality, Jahiem and Jill Scott were all used (FYEs used are basically brand new, so no worries there), but instead I put it all back and just copped that old Dungeon Family album for $3.99 (:krs:).

Anyways, from what y'all are saying, I should basically cop all 4? And if not all 4, 3 except for Tipping Point (Don't care for Scott Storch, but hey, it's the Roots ((btw I don't like the sound of their newest album))). Am I correct in those assumptions?
