Please tell me this shyt is normal

Alright now since i was about 6 or 7 years old i started noticing somethin strange when i would go to bed at night. Whenever i would close my eyes or im in the dark like pitch black i see all the colorfull shapes and designs and tiny little dots floating around scared the shyt outta me, but i never questioned it Then i started to noticed i can see it all the time night or day. Im 25 now and still dont know wtf it is!!!
Somebody has gotta have some intel on this.
Im i the omly one?

Is it normal to feel slight pain in your a$$hole if you go more than a day without washing it with soap and water?

I noticed it a couple months ago when I neglected a shower due to a really busy day.....I 'experimented' with it the next week, going a day without a shower and the same thing happened
