YOU'RE LOYAL TO THE SHOWS
CREATOR SO YOURE IGNORING
ALL OF THIS FILLER.

ITS ALREADY BEEN ESTABLISHED
THAT THESE THINGS WILL GIVE
THE 12 HUMANS ANYTHING THEY WANT
SO WHAT WAS THE POINT OF EP 3?

WE'RE JUST GOING IN CIRCLES.
CAROL IS MISERABLE AND THE ALIENS
ARE TRYING TO PLEASE HER.
RINSE AND REPEAT.

It only looks like filler to you because you don't have the whole picture. None of us do except Gilligan.

Better Call Saul moved at the same pace. Nothing really happened the first few episodes except Tuco wildin'. Shoot we didn't even learn how Saul got his name until Season 4.

Knowing the ending of one character has nothing to do with pacing.

NO IT WASNT

The original cut of the box cutter scene was over SEVEN minutes long.

No other show creator is taking this long to show Gus kill Victor. Nothing else happens; it's just Walt juelzing while Gus calmly takes his suit off and then just as calmly puts it back on after doing the deed. It's so long they cut part of the scene in the streaming version where he takes the bloody hazmat suit off.

I corrected you because you're wrong, that's all. It's like watching a Tarantino movie and being confused why there's so much over-the-top violence. That's his style, just like Gilligan's is slow building.

Yeah, it's annoying that the alien thing didn't explain shyt. Hopefully episode 3 is the last one where the main actress is still coping with being "alone". Some actual plot shyt needs to happen soon.

Also I see some of the "shots" being thrown at AI, and it's limitations so far. Gilligan shows have slow world building themes this really is just getting started.

Also I think the whole point is to feel like the main character is insufferable. She's an antihero. Which in that case she is doing an amazing job.
He wrote this like 13 years ago or some shyt

Im happy with the comparison to the latter show named. I really enjoyed that show. Never watched the first one mentioned so dont know if that's a good thing or not for this show to be compared to that.

The pacing of the 1st season of that latter show was some of the most excrutiating TV I've ever had to sit through. :mjlol:

Second season is one of the best I've ever seen however.
