For all the brehs hating the path the show took after episode 1,
go watch The Eternaut on Netflix. That's the invasion show y'all wanna watch. It's really well made and it's an engaging story (I was in awe it was an Argentinian production)
I for one I'm glad as hell Vince took it another way because I could care less about another generic apocalyptic show. Hell, the Eternaut did the "invasion" part much better than this.
Carol is a very tough character to follow and I'm surprised she's made to be so fukking unlikeable all the damn time. I think the only time we see her as vulnerable is this past ep. when she told Diabate she was gonna find her own suite and then meet him again to keep talking (and her realizing he did not want that, lol). But the premise is very intriguing to me.
I'd love to know why the hive mind is so un-human like, or better put, what about joining made them the way they are, so different as to what we feel and do as a species every day. Sure, the "formula" that made this happen is from aliens but still, They haven't been able to articulate what really happens once they unite and why they act the way the do.
And of course, would love someone to confront Carol about what the fukk does she really want. She's talked about individuality but she's also shown big regret every time her actions end up with people getting hurt/killed. Someone has to tell her that if she turns everyone back, there's gonna be another billion dying in an instant like when the hive mind took over and after that it's gonna be complete chaos and more killing in record time
