She's not to blame for him getting killed but more people need to understand that posting locations is dangerous.
Given that this Roscoe's was in a bad area it's more likey someone in the restaurant lined him. Could've been any customer or worker in there who saw him or they could've spotted whatever luxury car he had parked outside.

These out town nikkaz. Really need to tap in. Why in God's name would this rapper ass nikka would go to that eastide ass Roscoes in South La . Even the squarest nikka from La would of been like 
if Pnb told them let's stop here get something to eat. It's best Roscoes quality wise to eat at; but it's still in one of the poorest crime ridden places in LA.
Ya know many are gang are just in 1 mile radius off top of my head they main street, 87street, lil further east the Swans and then you got the same Hoover set that killed Pop smoke on around the corner on Fig. Plus all dem nikkaz know every back street and hideout around the corner and you by the 110 freeway for quick getaway.

Another thing that parking lot is small asf. So easy to get boxed in the parking lot. So majority of people have walk to and from car.
