Keeping it real is always going to be the reason artists die or lose money. Be a square and enjoy watching your kids grow into adulthood. Don't go back to the hood at all. You're not missing anything. I'm not even a rapper but grew up in a rough neighborhood and I haven't went back. At most i'll drive through just to see how things look but I never chill there because I'm not in that environment anymore. Some years ago, I made the mistake of going to a car wash in the hood and got hustled out of $100 :francis::snoop:. My immediate reaction wasn't to call the police but to grab my strap and ride around and find these nikkas. After a while I gave up, accepted my lesson and took my ass home. You have to have a certain mindset to be in those environments and that is something you get from being there every.single.day.

If you've been removed from that environment for an extended period of time then you can fall victim to anything.

people blaming the victim more than the filth that commit all these murders. the "culture" is fukkin garbage. I'm tired of these nikkaz actin like, " oh he's stunting on us let's rob/kill him."

I don't know this artist but I'm sure he grinded hard to get to where he was. he earned what he had. you should be inspired to do the same. I'm sick of the I'm poor excuse to commit crimes. we all grew up poor nikka make better choices. it's sad he can go anywhere EXCEPT around other black people without his life being in danger getting some damn breakfast wtf

Based on what? Break this shyt down for me.

If somebody owns paints, a canvas, paint brushes, etc. you're gonna assume they're an artist of some sort.

Dude talked like a gang member/street dude, so I'm gonna assume he was a gang member/street dude.

You can't casually sprinkle in references to "gang" and "smoking on dead ops" and then claim otherwise. C'mon now.

Fred.

Is Travis Scott a street rapper because he referenced not being able to killed because he’s with “gang”?

If I was a famous person, LA would be the place that I will NEVER visit.
LA garbage as shyt. Entire culture is trash
Nah LA(maybe I should say SoCal) is fun as shyt. I go often to get away and clear my head. Jsut can’t be flexing but I don’t be flexing period anyway. The most I flex is wearing a jersey to the game I go to. And I often travel alone too. Ppl bring too much attention to Your situation all for clouts. And not just females.

Is PnB rock a street rapper because he referenced looking for opps and not being able to find them or mentioning that he always has at least a 30 round mag on him because he wears a lot of jewelery?

Anybody rapping about killing people, gangs, selling drugs, "ops", "smoking on packs", shooting, etc. is a street rapper. Or wants to be seen as such.

I don't give a fukk if it's Young MC. Not sure why this is so difficult to understand.

Not saying dude deserved to die for any of this but that type of content attracts negative energy.

Prior to this he said he'd be chilling in Cali and random ass people would approach him talking gang shyt. Why do you think that is?

Y'all on some supreme bullshyt.

Under no circumstances is there fault of a victim getting killed having lunch in public with a loved ones.

Did the killers even have a revenge motive? Or are they just greedy fukkin murderers?

Why is it cool for racist politicians to go to restaraunts and get untouched but because you're "a street rapper" you are at fault for wearing a watch

fukk y'all man

If I get killed one day don't say it's because I took a picture downtown in some glasses it's my fault...

Y'all this desensitized to the bullshyt you're blaming the woman. fukk y'all for real who's doing that.

Pnb rock is not a “street rapper”

yea i saw a couple ppl in here say he was about to be included in an indictment :dead:

Just a lil context for ppl unfamiliar......
"PNB" is just a block/neighborhood he was from. He not really in no clique. Dude was 30 yr old and been living in LA for years at this point. That indictment the Philly DA named "PNB" in is for the young bois (16-25) that still live around there now, on top of that PNB Rock don't even fukk with "PNB" anymore. He has no current affiliation to that neighborhood and don't even have any friends there currently. This is already known in Philly and he mentioned many times in interviews

Far as his music, it was mainly geared toward women. And his first real hit was an anti-violence song :francis:. He's a young'ish dude from the hood, it's going be some mention of the environment he came from. I wouldn't consider him a street rapper though since he ain't been in the streets for a while and was never really nobody known in the street anyway

But you low key are. You're saying he's attracting that energy like he should know better. Where's that same conversation for people actually doing criminal things or politicians poisoning people which is worse than talking about having a switch or wearing a watch.

Edit: and the context I mean is why are they exempt from being robbed or assaulted but he isn't? Why are they not "attracting that energy"?

In one thread you'll have people upset that successful Black people are moving out of their communities instead of circulating their money there. In this thread, a Black celebrity brings his money to a Black owned business, his girlfriend makes a post showing love to that Black owned business, a criminal comes in, murders a Black man and we're blaming them for being there or not being there quietly enough.

This whole fukking culture is trash from top to bottom.
