I was there last night and I caught at least 30 Pokemon and didn't have to move anywhere, put a incense down and ate good

I work in the hospital and catch pokemon every night. Last night i caught a Butterfree and a 205 zubat that i immediately powered up to a 650CP Golbat! Plus i have a pokestop too, so nonstop ultraballs and shyt. Hell i have to throw away pokeballs regularly!
