I thought open world Pokémon would have me hooked for sure.

That's pretty standard across all games. I think Gen 3 was the only exception where the character's dad was present, and that was because he was a Gym Leader.

It's been working well for me as a ghost that has clear body. I been leaving it first.

Bought a voucher and grabbed Arceus and Violet. I'm loving Violet. I like it better than Sword. I haven't had any issues with it. I guess they fixed the mess from launch. I almost have it completed. Working my way through Area Zero now. Did the champion and Team Star stuff. I'm considering completing the Pokedex once I'm done with Professor Toru stuff. I love that Pokemon Home exists. I've transferred Pokemon from Sword and Go into Violet.
