Idk breh..after watching the Japanese commercial for the new Pokemon game..seeing the lil boy running round ,and playing.. Made me realise that at 29 years old, Maybe Pokemon aint for me nomore
nothing like a trainer fukking your whole team up as you Curse like a madman. it adds to the experienceI'm worried, the screen shot of Litten vs. Rowlet looks like the rival will once again pick the starter weak to ours.
I just want to play a Pokemon where random trainers have the ability to sweep my entire team if I'm not careful.

X/Y were really good. OR/AS were the wack ones.
But yea B/W2 is still the pinnacle of the series and probably always will be.

Gen 6 was wack on pretty much all fronts.
Mega evolutions feel too gimmicky and Digimon-y to me
I hate how it kept relying on nostalgia from Gen 1 players
I enjoy playing Pokemon and running into new creatures and experiencing a new world, instead Gen 6 was so afraid to feel original
Only 70 some off Pokemon designs, almost all of them
First Pokemon Generation that I can say I honestly didn't love
I felt disconnected from gen 5 cause I started with black 2. But I loved it.Gen 6 was wack on pretty much all fronts.

It just feels weird. I could gel with it more if they introduced A LOT more mega evolutions, but they're so random with it. At the very least every starter in franchise history should have a mega (Mega Typhlosion
). It took away some of the balance and uniqueness of the world for them to just give random Pokemon from the franchise's past slapdash Mega Evolutions, completely ignoring entire swaths of history like Gen 2 and Gen 4
