I was eating off the red version for a while.I remember my friend hooked up the GB link, and gave me charmander
Squirtle, Bulbasaur in the beining of the game. The only set back was those nikkas wouldn't listen to me at first due to lack of badges

Link's Awakening or Tetris holds the crown for the OG Gameboy

Gold/Silver, DW III, 3 Zelda games or Tetris DX holds that GBC crown

Moved on to crystal. Then I got Sapphire in 7th grade
