I used to play heavy, won my Xbox in a tournament and turned $100 into $6000 once on partypoker. I had my share of big losses too, dropped $1000 in a night a couple of times.

Now I'm heavily invested in real estate and the restaurant business so I don't really find gambling on cards/sports enjoyable at this point in my life. After I start taking distributions from these other ventures I might get back into it, but probably not to the level I was before.

Yeah it sucks that they banned it. I used to play at times and have a friend that was real good at it and just played online all day. But the competition started improving then it was banned.
