I would go find them and try and offer a suspension number instead of letting it hover over the season.

He was their #1 receiver before the injury last season and would be going into this season. I’m guessing they were banking on law enforcement completing their investigation, but the league doesn’t need that to render their suspension especially since he‘s obviously guilty.
