You are an idiot
This is recent
You don’t think things can change in 6 months
The strip is cleared bruh
They ALWAYS do this, its always the same story. They want to clean it up to make it more family friendly. It usually happens when things get too wild. I think there is some money that wants to make it a new tourist destination, but it will never happen. Sosua is a small town with poor infrastructure. It has a nice beach but that is about it. The businesses really rely on mongers to sustain themselves. Families just are not going there like that. This may be the most recent "crackdown" but this is far from the first and won't be the last. It was a joke 10 years ago, its a joke today. The first time I experienced a crackdown I was like damn, no girls. I get in town and there were still girls. It was subdued but that's it. People told me before that it was a normal thing and not to worry, they were right. some developer paid a bribe, the authories show good faith effort, it fails and things go back to normal. The local polititians got paid and said hey we tried.:yeshrug:

Never had the military come and arrest hundreds of girls
Different energy
Just like dude that spoke about the Cartagena shyt
Colombia shutdown the three main clubs and a lot of the clock tower activity and it’s been a year plus
Su its been close to a month the strip been shut down
When people said it was dead before they were talking the quality of the females
Now it’s a ghost town with no one on the strip never was like that before

I literally saw the same thing 10 years ago. They closed La Passion and Caribbean Mens Paradise. The owners of Rumba and Classicos were deported. New club opened up probably cause the owner paid bribes to shut down competition. This is normal shyt in DR. The quality sucks during the week the 8+ always come from Santiago and Santo Domingo on the weekends unless you know them. Honestly after your first visit you should have a black book of who to call. Girls were always getting arrested. They throw them in jail and release them the next morning. It's an inconvenience at worst. No charges cause it's legal. Just harassment to show face like they are trying.

DR just the closest. But it doesn't have the cheapest flights. Or hotels

I'm not advertising where I'm traveling. But this is gonna be fun:shaq:

I have seen clubs get shutdown but the strip was never shutdown with military force any of those times. When classicos shut down 5 yrs ago the strip was not dead the club was just closed. Its was never like this before. The strip was still flooded people were just annoyed the club wasn’t open. Now its shutdown with police and armies never happened before
