I think people here aren't even reading posts fully anymore, the urge to begin the c00n tirade is so strong they can't wait. Obviously asset forfeiture is fukked up, I don't think anyone is debating that. But we don't live in an ideal world. Just because it's his right to carry 11k in cash doesnt mean he should, for various reasons. He could get robbed, or some shyt like this could happen. Does he deserve it: no. Are the police blatantly overstepping there boundaries: of course. Could it have been avoided: yes.
