more deserving of an ass whipping than the thief is. They aren't anything but a bunch of cowards abusing their authority. You see the video and ignore them breaking the law in order to cheerlead them ganging up on a teenage boy who had already surrendered. That's makes you just as cowardly as they are. look at it this way. the thief (criminal) committed a crime and got arrested as he should. he got the beating of his lifetime and that shyt was OD but still he shouldn't be stealing. whatever, he got punished.
the cops who ALSO commited crimes (criminals) by assaulting this young man who surrendered are not punished for their crimes. forget the thief for one second. forget sympathy for the thief. here are the facts:
-the police officers commmited a crime.
-the police officers are not punished for that crime.
in conclusion, justice is not served.

Also all criminals are pressumed innocent until proven guilty according to the law. What these pigs did was impose their own punishment without allowing justice to run its course.
