@jaydawg08 wanted Rob fired because he didn’t trade for Jerami Grant, Walker Kessler, Dayron Sharpe or Poetl but he trades for Luka and it’s too early to tell

I don’t really understand the point of this trade
Yeah Luka can’t play D but do the Mavs think they’re winning a chip now?
Yeah Luka is a superstar on offense but do the Lakers think they’re winning a chip with no defense?![]()
In 2 years Luka will be 300+ poundsyou don't understand it because u think the lakers made this trade thinking they're winning a ring this year
Klutch got yall thinking the world revolves around Bron and them
We got Luka and an empty cap sheet in 2 years when we kick Bron out![]()

According to multiple NBA sources, Klutch is not happy with (Rob) Pelinka. The sentiment has long percolated, but it reached a boil when Pelinka refused to trade Westbrook and a future first-round pick (likely 2027) for Houston Rockets guard and Klutch client John Wall.
I wanted Rob to do something with those 1st round picks
And he did with one of them
But you don’t get rings for landing a big FA. Time to finish the job and get a solid big
Exactly.. gotta get those other pieces to fill out the rosterYou're right. Landing Bron didnt get us that ring. Getting that big the next summer did.

I know your comment was on some Stan war chit, but it has truth to it. You don’t win a ring by solely signing a big FA and nothing elseLeGBT defeated![]()
Too early to tell as of right now.
I’m not 100% convinced Bron and Luca can coexist. We’ve learned from these superstar pairings before that there simply CANNOT be two alphas on one team. Somebody’s going to have play Robin and it damn sure ain’t gonna be Lebron and Luca is in his prime so I don’t see him being convinced to take that second seat.
Plus the defense (on paper) is going to be atrocious.
This can’t be the end of the Lakers wheeling and dealing this year.
