I don't need x rapper to tell me y rapper is dope, especially in an industry where the cosigns are almost always motivated by everything other than the quality of the music itself. I can determine what's dope for my damn self.
We're talking 2001/2/3 when they still meant something and weren't just given out because you don't want to offend some Jew on the 43rd FL. Only other rappers Nas and Jay big upped after that are Cole and Electronica. Nice track record to me...
hip hop was already in its 4th-6th year of being corny at that point.
also, Nas has cosigned Soulja Boy and Drake in the past. And Jay-Z cosigned Bobby Shmurda by playing his shyt when it was barely buzzing (one would say that's the LA Reid plant life)

Content wise: Saigon is light years ahead of Rocky.
Flow wise: I enjoy Rocky's flow a bit better, being that it's southern influenced.
