So I was driving and doing one of Jeezy adlibs to an old outkast song... And thought to make this poll.. Whats the GOAT?

Adlibs added to the poll based off quality, popularity and impact... Only 10 will fit in the poll.. So some had to get cut... I also didn't want to include any duplicate people in the poll.. With Jeezy being the exception, as his Lets Get it!, could arguably be more popular than the Yeeeeaahhhhh
