50 cent but you should have included Nelly on the poll

What year?.... Why include nelly?

His only possible years are 2000 and 2002..... and Eminem shytted on him both years, so its zero argument for him...

Aint no room for "2nd place" in this pole bruh.....:yeshrug:

Oh and let me say.... yall nikkas going off ONE CRITERIA: who was the hottest....

I aint say who was the hottest.... I think who DOMINATED and who had the BIGGEST BUZZ is 2 different things....

in 2011 Tebow had the BIGGEST BUZZ of any Quarterback ever.... That don't mean he Dominated more than any QB ever....

Yall nikkas only going by who had the biggest buzz.. We all know 50's buzz in 2003 is 2nd to none hands down... But I think other years were dominated more thoroughly by others....

Pac, Eminem and possibly Wayne for instance.

Eminem in 02 not even close. 30 million records sold between the 2 albums dropped that year and a movie that grossed a quarter billion dollars in 2002 currency...

No one else is even close

I would say it's Eminem hands down, if it wasn't for Pac dropping 2 CLASSICS in 1996 that had big sales.

2 Classics + Big Sales VS RETARDED sales and a Movie.... It is DEBATABLE...

He dropped 2 classic albums in 1 year for christ sake.... To see all the votes for 50 is a joke...:pachaha:

nikkas misunderstood the criteria for the thread.... You gotta look at more than just sales / buzz.

Jeezy in 2005 should be a underdog option.

But I'd have to say

1.50 Cent
2.Pac
3.Eminem
4.Wayne
5.DMX

Jeezy had a cool year in 2005 bruh... but lets be real:

50 dropped Massacre / Get rich Movie / Get rich soundtrack in 2005 and helped Game blow up
Game dropped documentary
Kanye dropped Late Registration

Jeezy is 3rd place in 2005 at best... He had a cool album, was hot... but there were others hotter... (you can say Jeezy was like Juvenile in 1998.... BIG... but still 4th to DMX, Lauryn and Jay-Z.... 4th for the YEAR .... so no way he can go in the ALL TIME poll)

50 cent

every place u went in the club was playing.. the gyms, the barbershops, the streets, white radio and clubs, etc, etc..

That's one song... We're gonna forget wayne was on like 25 songs on the radio at one time?

Like, a radio stations ENTIRE LINE UP had wayne in every single song...

in 2003.. They still had to switch between In Da Club / Hey Ya / 99 Problems / Get Low / Crazy in Love ..etc etc...:jawalrus:

EVERYTIME A SONG SWITCHED IN 2008.... IT WAS WAYNE SOMEWHERE ON THE NEW SONG THEY SWITCHED TOO.....

Thats my criteria for saying he was AT LEAST as hot as 50 in 2008.... Yall not taking in the whole facts

Jeezy had more than just a "cool" year..his shyt was a movement that birthed an entire sub genre of music. He didn't have the mainstream/cac wave that 50 and Kanye had but as far as the hood Jeezy had everything on lock. Anybody that was 15-25 around that time knows what the fukk I'm talkin about. nikkas wasn't ridin around listening to Gold Digger or Candy Shop in the whip.

To this day TM101 is one of the only albums you can throw on at a kickback/house party and let it ride all the way through and EVERYBODY knows the words to every track.

Wayne was not bigger than 50.
In Da Club alone is bigger than waynes 08 buzz...
But its not really about who had was bigger or technically even sold the most. It was who was the most dominant.

To me that has just as much to do with your competition(and/or lack there of) as what you actually did. So yeah fifty was bigger in 03 but like someone posted outkast came late that year and did work.

Wayne's buzz was at its highest around 08-09 after opening the Young Money glee club, discovering Drake, Tyga and Nicki

But 50....im telling you each and every high school nikka across the planet was bumpin his stuff in 03
I was only 10 when GRODT dropped but my fellow 5th graders and I would spend our recesses hooping and reciting 50's lyrics :banderas:
