He already sold that much.

Polo is or is affiliated with BD’s also.

His ceiling is defining street/conscious rapper for the Gen Z generation. He can spit and harmonize and he has content his only issue is weak production and he can be a lil preachy/melodramatic at times.

This song shooting up all the way to number one is the industry pushing the button. Columbia is doing their thing with Polo G, Lil Nas X, and Lil Tjay.

yeah didn’t tj have the number 3 song in the country not to long ago. I never heard that shyt either

I hear Tjay's joint and the sample really helped. But even him at number 3 was crazy I thought he wasn't ready for that I was hol up this lil nikka bout to pass Boogie. :wow:

But yeah Polo, Tjay, Nas X all top 3 debuts this month with their singles.

The steaming era ruined the prestige of #1 just like it ruined the the entire hot 100. Nowadays an artist drops an album and 16 of the 18 songs chart the first week and then 14 of them drop out by the next. That’s counts as 16 entry’s into the hot 100.

I saw some list that had future with more billboard hits than Elvis Presley. I knew billboard was dead. If Elvis was out during the streaming era his entire album would be charting instead of 4 singles per album that they pushed back in the day.

Heard when it first came out. The hip hop pages on Twitter was saying it was going #1 already which I thought was BS, I like Polo so I checked it out. It's not completely trash but it's very ordinary. Repetitive flow, boring beat, and unoriginal video (we've already seen that style in the Laugh Now Cry Later video).
