ha ha @ people thinking that romney would have cut off their welfare.... a politician isn't worth a good squirt of piss if he doesn't know how to make carve outs and exceptions for his base.... romney would have just reduced the food stamp and welfare programs in general while adding exceptions for areas hard hit by the dying coal industry.... the bill would be worded in such a way that most rural whites would stay on the dole while urban blacks were kicked off.... these poor whites know who they are voting for... white people have no problem with government, they have a problem with black people benefiting from government... there's a difference...
