Why is the production so lazy on this? They straight up stole 5-6 hit songs from the 2000s and remixed it :scust:

The rest of the beats all sound the same on some NYC drill/trap sound from last year :manny:

They couldn’t get some diverse producers to contribute a fresh sound to some of the tracks:snoop:

Not to mention he sounds like Travis Scott on a few songs :hubie:

Yeah I would of liked to hear him over Justice League, more UK drill & feature with a UK artist.

Pop Smoke sounds like Lloyd Banks using 50 Cent’s style

all in all, I like 75% of the album. He was working on some versatile shyt. I can see why ppl would’ve been upset about the lack of drill songs but hey, he recorded these tracks himself

Tyga is a good fit for the track he’s on and if 50 wasn’t petty, I think Meek Mill’s flow would’ve been dope on that Got it on me track. The beat sounds like something he’d use

Don't know if it's been posted yet :wow:
Steven Victor gonna eat good this year

The late Pop Smoke is on pace for a runaway #1 on this week's HITS Top 50 with his highly anticipated debut full-length, Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon, via Steven Victor's UMG imprint Victor Victor and Republic. Streaming over the holiday weekend kicked the set into overdrive.

Pop's posthumous LP is slated to debut in the 200-225k range, with audio streams approaching 225 million. This is what specialists in data analysis describe as "hella big." His previous release, breakthrough mixtape Meet the Woo 2, opened at #7 with 36k in February.

Pop Smoke (Victor Victor/Republic) 200-225k total activity, 35-45k albums

Thought the album was kinda boring, solid 3 mics though. A lot more inconsistent than the previous work
