Lol

Anyway, I doubt the Spurs are serious about trading him. Just due diligence. If someone isn't willing to trade their entire franchise for him then they keep moving

I don’t think it’s that crazy to trade him.

He’s up for free agency in 2 years and if you believe that he’s destined to leave for a larger market, you’re going to get much more value out of a trade now than a trade next summer.

It will hurt to lose him but I’m not totally against the idea.

I don't think he'll leave if they put a contending squad around him. I feel like he'll be a Spur for life. We talking trade him like guys like him just grow on trees

I think Dejounte really wants to win and if we don't at least make the playoffs once over the next 2 years he going to be gone, and the spurs might not care that much since they somehow think Primo is the second coming :mjlol:

I also think somebody might actually call their bluff and get those 3 lottery picks they want and then be like "so you said you wanted 3 right, here they go" :leon:

Supposedly the only thing that fell through was the protections and pick swaps. Everything else was a go. If the spurs would have gotten those light lottery protections they wanted Dejounte might have already been traded by now.

Spurs literally have no big contracts on the books in 2 years. They'll probably extend Johnson before the season starts.. and you got a bunch of rookie deals, maybe deals this summer signed and that's it.

Paying Dejounte isn't a big deal with how the cap has been managed especially if he keeps ascending.
