they have one here in manila, ate it 2 days ago actually. Used to be a huge line in front, now its tame. Didn't see the sandwich but I got a bucket and some biscuits, taste just like home.

I didn't get a chance to try the one in Hanoi even though I planned to when I first saw it, I was too busy eating all the local stuff.

They didn't have one in China, not sure about Korea and Japan, but southeast asia yea. They have a few in Singapore and I saw one in the Malaysian airport, line was long.

They love cajun food in southeast asia.
