I'm pretty much at Popeye's once a week like clockwork. I know it's bad for me but it's a vice. 
Around my way, they have a Tuesday special where you get a leg/thigh for $1.69 (limit 2). If I get that plus a 2pc/biscuit ($2.99) I'm set for the night for less than $5.00. Got sides at home.
Don't think they have any of these in my state.

The one in area was once know as being dirty as well, til they renovated it 
. But if you don't catch it at the right time, you might end up with some dry chicken. It's almost worth driving across town sometimes just to get it piping hot.
