I had my gripes with some of pops decisions but that's still my coach

Although I thought it would've been closer - Pop totalled 467 points with 77 votes, Thibs totalled 315 points with 27 votes; I can't be mad at that. Pop's coaching tenure is nearing its end, whereas Thibs' is just starting. I see it as a bit of a lifetime achievement award, cause if Thibs would've won:

Popovich: 16 years - 1 NBA coach of the year award
Thibodeau: 2 years - 2 NBA coach of the year awards.

He defied the laws of nature the way he managed his stars throughout a condensed schedule to take the #1 seed, as well as keeping their health in check.

now this same fakkit claims he knows more than Pop
