Me using "new" was relative. I'm 40, so my point of reference is late 80's to early 90's. Haven't seen the Wire in years, so my details may not be all the way straight.....but didn't his house get burned down for telling on some street shyt? Cause my understanding is this was a street fight amongst kids that ended in murder. Nobody money was being played with. They out there on bikes and shyt. Hanging out. Trying to settle their differences like we all have....a fight. Those situations shouldn't have kids thinking they have to uphold a "code of the streets".
