Buddy rolls up on a bike. After a skirmish he got shot trying to run away. He even asked Meat what he do that for? Where did you get all this information that it was some serious street stuff?

It's not snitching. The dude shot him in front what seems to be a crowd of people that included Pop Hunna's own mother. Pop's mother is the one that talked the police and told them to talk to Pop. That shooter was fried regardless and Pop wasn't involved with anything other than just being there.
