I was watching Rollie pollie Ollie with my nephew, A lot of the young childrens programs back then were rock solid too tbh, I could legitimately enjoy a few episodes of little bill and bears big blue house today. That whole American animation Renaissance (1988-2000) waswe will never get another era like that again
Tiny Toons >>>>>>>> Animaniacs
Didn't even know they really brought it back.
They should reboot freakazoid I honestly think it would work better in today's climateHBO max is supposedly rebooting tiny toons
yeah because dinosaurs played that shyt straight, no joking around. the dinosaurs were fukkedshyt that ain't nothing. Remember the series finale of Dinosaurs?
I don't remember this scene lmao, and I feel like I saw every ep of that show as a kid.
Y'all confusedDamn! Had no idea they were that old. 71 in the 90s! Yeah, it was time. Never knew how the show ended until now. Lol

Seven remaining episodes which were produced (and which would have come after this episode) did not air. That shyt was sad af.![]()
simpsonsMan, we had some great cartoons in the 90's![]()
That’s shyt the fans say. Creator said they aren’t any real animal. Called them “cartoonis creatus”. They aren’t shyt but animals.Half dog half cat
One of my fav shows growing up.
But IMO, shows shouldn’t last forever or even comeback to new eras. Animaniacs was peak 90’s children cartoon that should stay within nostalgic memories. Shouts out to the creators of the show.
I feel what you’re saying. But these reboots will never give me the same feelings they gave me as a child. I saw the first ep and I liked it, but nowhere near as much as I did when as a child. I remember my cousin, sister, and I use to pretend to be the animaniacs. To be honest I really admire what they did with this revival. Trying to pick up and restore the series as much as possible from where it left off. Same art style and even same writers and voice actors. I hope for the same with that Xmen 97 coming out.
I think it's awesome that the media business today offers so much variety and freedom to even allow these revivals. The way I see it is, they're making them for us. The fans of the original shows who are now almost 30 years older. And they now have the freedom to keep it as unapologetically faithful to the original as possible. It's not like back in the 2000s when they'd revive old franchises but be forced to update it for a "modern" audience and compete for ads in a time slot.
There's so much endless freedom on streaming services today to produce stuff, I say...why not...Give us fans more faithful and thoughtful revivals of old cancelled TV shows. If it succeeds or fails, who cares? Even in the case of real failed attempts at revivals like the Ren and Stimpy Spike TV seasons, or in the case of a successful revival that went too far, like Family Guy, I still appreciate the attempt.
Maybe im the type that has a hard time letting go of his childhood lol, but I'd love to see more "new" seasons of 90s Saturday morning/weekday afternoon cartoons in the style of their 90s counterparts on streaming. I like the trend. I'd love to see shows like Freakazoid...Earthworm Jim...the Tick...real hidden gems and classics get "revival" seasons to cash in on us adults now. Those were awesome.
Now the Bruce Timm Batman. That one we can't touch.![]()
