What im getting at is its less to do with white supremacy...
...and more to do with American culture.
The same shyt you see here happens in Guatemala.
Poor people in the city are killing each other and the poor people in the countryside are chillin.

Each and every region will have a fundamentally different economic history, varying levels of disparity between the middle and lower class and innumerable cultural influences. (but these are only influences, capital is king). This is a boiler plate nature vs nurture argument and I choose neither. It's not something you can really break down in a coli comment but even your countryside example works against your view, why not think about what a highly capitalistic highly populated environment does to people instead of blaming an institutional failure on individuals? Societies are planned. Basically it's a confluence of social and economic effects that create situations like Chicago. But what you can't say is free healthcare, wealth redistribution and corrective Afrocentric education would make society worse, there's no evidence of that.

Even tho white supremacy is the root, at some point intelligent beings (which we all claim to be) must overcome and master their environment. That's what separates is from animals, we have the ability to overcome our environment.
Also, if you can see the problem, you're supposed to be able to fix it. Sort of like women say, "If a toddler old enough to say I pooped, they're old enough to say I have to poop".
So we have people diagnosing white supremacy and the conditions included as the problem, but then they shrug their shoulders as to correcting that problem. That's not how that's supposed to work!
