Pornhub has a team of moderators that check their uploads and they work closely with the law enforcement to identify and prosecute people who upload shyt like that, obviously there's some stuff that slip through the cracks but thats true for every website including facebook, twitter and youtube(And thecoli, if you remember that JBO scandal).
