I've been looking at present fabricated homes for a cabin type setup. There's a lot of good ones out there... In a warm climate this shyt plus solar panels and you could be completely off grid.

It would be dope as a guest house or something if you own propertyOffice space & store fronts seem piff. Extra back house if you have mad land too.
Hell even if you just own property it would be cool as a house in general.
