This is exactly how I feel, Taker winning is actually worse. Atleast with Rock you can have him win and drop it back at WM to either Cena or Punk again. There's still the opportunity for him to defend at Elimination Chamber also as they haven't officially ruled that out because of move filming commitments.
With Undertaker, would he defend it any more than Rock would have? He would retire the next day with it? Or drop it 1 month later at Extreme Rues? I doubt he's going to make any consistent House appearances either. That option seems way worse to me, although I would like to see that match if it wasn't for the title. Taker will go over, no way he's ending 20-1. It's either Punk drops at RR and regains later, or he retains and defeats someone who isn't Undertaker at WM.

Calm down yall, Punk is taking that streak if the match goes down. If you don't put the title on a part time Rock, with all that money he'll bring in you damn sure don't put it on a part time UT who can break at any second.

@ anyone but Rock & Vince deciding who's winning the match. He ain't coming back to listen to the fukking creative team. Vince don't even listen to fukking "creative" 
from the very moment i heard he left the ufc and came back, i always felt the next wrestlemania should've been solidified as Rock vs Brock, and Cena vs Taker. I just didn't think any other combination would bring nearly as much excitement and draw unless SCSA were to return.
The winner between Rock/Brock would be a toss up (and it wouldn't even matter) and Cena, esp if booked as his unbeatable self in the months leading up to the mania, would've had fans genuinely worried about Taker losing (maybe) and the emotions would probably match the noise levels of Rock/Brock with all the anti-John, pro-Taker chants regardless.

Vince's ego wouldn't allow him to put two part-timers in a main event at Mania.
So instead, HHH/Lesnar II, Rock/Cena II, and Taker/Punk - Streak vs Title.

The CM Punk thing is just well wishing. Rock is not taking time out of a 8 figure schedule not to do what he's been promising all along. Hes gonna make it look good for Punk where theres a moment where Punk looks like he absolutely wins. If Lesnar interferes, that would be the difference but other than that? No way this kind of heel goes over a guy who kicks out of everything
