I wasn't thinking of the DC sniper case, but the child murders in Atlanta in the 80's, where it was suspected to be a white killer, and it wasn't. We need to know more about the neighborhoods, and how it is populated, segregation wise. Would a white man by himself raise attention in the areas where the killings were committed? They must have some leads, a car description, something. Also, the make and model of the weapons. 14 times sounds like an AR, or some kind of rifle, unless he's reloading a pistol, or has an extended clip. I'd think he was somewhat proficient with weapons too. Possible security guard, ex military, something like that. Or just a regular AZ gun enthusiast.
