Shapiro being a Jew and allegedly helping a rich donor get out a legal jam (ie murder) are problems. And I wonder if his faux Obama mannerisms look super funny in the light during a national campaign. I like him still, I just wonder if we're overrating him. He's gonna be hounded by black and brown activists demanding he take all types of insane positions too.

Moore is great but honestly the best VP choice is Gallego. By a mile. He should be the auto VP pick of anyone who gets the nom.

i don't see gallego abandoning AZ that quickly, especially just to be a VP. i think he's proud of winning that seat, and is sticking around for a while. and he should, like warnock in GA. the dems need to shore up these swing state senate seats

Moore, on the other hand, has zero path to anything after this governor's seat. which is why i see him getting involved in 2028

hell, maybe he'll be the nominee :yeshrug: i could see that. he'd definitely crush AOC and tampon tim, or whatever goof progressives try to push across the finish line :mjlol:

The purity test are over. Shapiro staffer that resigned because of the SA allegation won’t make any waves like in. 2024. Being Jewish is a good thing, these pro Hamas people that are not doing any protesting of Trump shouldn’t have a voice anymore

I think Gallego will do it because if he loses he doesn't have to leave the senate. Also if you saw Jerome Powell today...shyt is getting ugly and I wouldn't be shocked if this becomes a 2008-style election (economic crash, unpopular president, etc). Nobody is gonna turn down the VP position in that scenario lol.

I don't know if Moore is ready for prime time. We saw this week that Big Gretch isn't ready lol. I like the idea of the nom being a governor though, I just don't know who has the juice. Is it your boy in Kentucky? I think people are going to want someone more aggressive than him, but then again I can see him walking into Iowa/NH/etc type early competitions and winning.

i've been a gallego fan for a while :hubie: if he goes for it, then put him on the ticket

i actually agree that moore is unpolished, which is why i'd suggest him as VP. and as far as shapiro, i'm sticking with him as my pick, but who knows. maybe he crashes out, or doesn't even run. or loses to AOC :wow:

The SA allegations are whatever. Allegedly covering up a murder is another thing entirely. I just don't know if he's talented enough to maneuver through all that. And the Jewish thing...it's less about protestors and more about anti-Jewish sentiments. Even people who "support" Israel might not want a Jew president. I know my black MSNBC watching, Kamala loving parents won't be enthused about it lmao. They'll still vote for him and campaign for him though.

I’d rather have a normal white dude with a normal Christian religious background. But if Shapiro has the juice and dominates the primaries so be it. All I know is that Kamala isn’t winning shyt so she should run for governor.

Kamala doesn’t stand a chance, hopefully she won’t run. I hope Walz doesn’t run either

:wow:

let's just leave it all on the table, and go for the biggest swing-state loss possible. AOC/Buttigieg
