how much do you contribute? Does the company offer matching? which %?

I put in 6%, which is modest. The default is 5%. I probably should've been putting in more. Yeah, the company's matching that...I'm fully vested.

o. We also get profit sharing. So depending on how well the company does, The employee gets a certain percentage of that put into their 401K.

thats what this is breh. start off like this:

find out what your company match is. if its 5%, you put in 5. if its something like 2 or 3, still put in 5%.

and then if you dont have a savings, have maybe anywhere from $20-100 auto transferred each pay period into your savings. thats a good base to start with.
