yeah it was pretty bad around 2002-2010 but they are trying to make it hipster friendly now but theirs been an increase in eastern Europeans and africans now going legit and owning small business which they bring their family in, all the whites have mostly moved to romford/essex over the years dont get to see as much pawgs anymore but street crime has gone down tho

yea st nicholas still looks like its trapped in the early 90s my area(broadway n 136) has been heavily gentrified tho. i got white neighbors in my moms building and they built an expensive ass co-op a few buildings up

i remember watching a group of white people moving in all their expensive shyt to that building one day and thinking back to the early 90s like "damn if picapiedra and all those other psycho head decapitating dominicans were still around to see this they would be amazed" lol
