what else:dwillhuh:
Think about all the places you go to buy food and how often any of your most purchased items are out of stock. It is what it is. Everything in moderation. If you want high quality "natural" food items, your best bet is a family farm that's in the middle of nowhere/developing country or grow your own stuff.

Damn near everything breh. In these fat shaming threads I stay trying to tell yall, nikkas ain't fat cause they eating like nutty professor in buffet joints, this government has fukked us up real good with this fuxking fructose, it's even in shyt that's suppose to be healthy like tea and fruit juice breh.

The general rule is to try and eat something as fresh and naturally from the earth as possible to avoid this shyt.

So basically raw meat that can be cooked at home and fresh grown vegetables are safe.

Man something told me to look at my Tea, saw that shyt and poured that shyt out smh

I thought I was doing something by drinking tea, but shyt no, shyt was not only bad for me, I slowly starting getting a gut, (which I lost) but dayum..this shyt is getting bad

It's only a problem when consumed in excess. Either way, HFCS shouldn't be your only concern.

This.

I used to drink Sprite as a kid and never had too many probs. It's not just HFCS you got to worry about. The kids who drank Coke usually put on weight.

Probably because of the additional coloring and taste additive that can peel the paint off wall it probably destroyed the probiotics in their gut. They did a study where mice that drank diet coke faced the same issues when consuming the same amount.

So it's not just the sugar itself.
