Tuesday was a rest day(3 mile run) pushups

Wednesday A.M.

2 mile warm-up = 15 minutes

2 mile form/speed(80%) = 11:02

1 mile cool down

40 situps

Kneeling curls

10x25
8x30
6x35

Dumbbell Squats

10x50
8x70
6x90

This afternoon I'll just do a 4 mile jog for recovery.

I really don't work out... I've been whack with my timing! My body is still great though. I need to catch up or i'll keep gaining random ass weight. I'll start mid July.
