Holland Michigan...I wouldn't live there, but I would look for something like this right outside of a major city with a boat dock.
I fukk with this spot because it's not that big. 5 bedrooms, 6000 square feet. Still throw a crazy house party, but small enough for a decent size family or not get lost in the crib.

goddamn the interior is nice too…the beachfront mini-mansions I was looking at in va beach were so outdated…most folks who bought homes out there tho just tore them down and rebuilt new ones

it kills me in cali how the shytty homes are overpriced but the lavish shyt like this seems “appropriately” priced…this is a very nice fukking place for $5M…the home I posted was asking for about $5M and it didn’t look as nice as this imo…granted they charging for that beachfront location tho
I just want a flyass soundproof home theater room built with a gigantic screen, a bathroom attached. I can watch movies and football the way God intended

Besides LA/Socal, where else could you build that house with similar weather, palm trees but for a cheaper price? The beach doesn't matter much to me

oh no I think the house is dope and the asking price is fair compared to homes I’ve looked at in other states for around that price…I just find it weird that the more lavish homes in cali seem fairly priced than the regular houses
