YES to both of these. I forgot to list AiC's Unplugged album, but it's fantastic. And I liked Nirvana's Unplugged, but AiC's shyt's on it.

And I already voiced my Nirvana opinion in that Smells Like Teen Spirit thread. Very overrated.
