Haven't seen this in years, but its pretty impressive for the pre-CGI era.

I thought that maybe the robot was CGI, but I just looked it up and it was an actual physical robot model

Yeah I had a book that detailed all the behind the scenes tricks and tactics they used for the special effects on this. Its fascinating really all the work that went into making the movie.

You remember playing the video game on Genesis? Good times. Lol everyone forgets his powers like how hes able to turn into a car or how he can scream at a volume that can cause a dudes head to explode and of course the way he turns into a giant transformer.

Starts off slow and then shyt gets real.

Funny thing is, the first time I saw this I came in late and missed this scene, which made the entire gimmick of the movie doubly weird for me cause I was the only person who didn't know how it ended.
