Been playing AC: Black Flag and had some fukkery happen:
-When carrying
body I was running and bumped into some peds. The collision tossed the body. I was

I did it again to see if it wasn't a glitch and it happened again. 
-Somehow Kenwey has superhuman strength because when I knee'd a guy he went 15 feet in the air.
-When trying to assassinate 2 guys I was exposed. One of them runs away causing the game to end if not caught. So on this try when I was caught the guy tried running away, but they were on a dock and I was on a ship. What ends up happening is he's running into boxes (stupid AI) and a guard tossed a grenade. The grenade killed him.
