For those who track everything you eat, what are your target macros based on your current goal?

Right now I’m currently on a 6 month cut. Carb cycling and IF been getting me right. So far I dropped around 30 something lbs and hovering around 13% body fat

Goal: 10% body fat or slightly under than maintain

current Macro targets:
Workout days: 127g Protein/95g Carbs/105g Fat
Nonworkout days: 102g Protein/38g Carbs/97g Fat

I adjust my macros monthly based on my LBM(lean body mass)
