sorry guys but as important as LeBron has been, he skipped town for weeks and the team got hot after getting the former Knicks. And to a lesser extent, he defied his coach early on when he most needed his support as a rookie nba coach. I cant put him above Curry, Davis or Harden for those reasons. I could move him ahead of Russy since Thunder missed the playoffs but other than that Id feel kinda wrong about it.

Whenever Curry is matched up with top point guards, Klay Thompson is guarding that position on important stretches, sometimes right from the first quarter as is the case of CP43. This baffles my mind.
The first round will be intriguing though, Jrue Holiday will bully Curry all night on the offensive end, and I'm not sure if Warriors have the luxury of putting Klay on him as they'll just go to Evans.
Harden for MVP. Especially since they just got the #2 seed.

harden has improved his effort this year..but only got him to be an average defender at best.
curry improved more dramatically on defense actually and has graded out as a plus defender by a bunch of different metrics as well
No one ever talks about this, but I think the media choosing the MVP is quite ridiculous. The media are mostly white folk and Imma say it, they are racially biased. They always looking for the "Great White Hope", they will give Curry the MVP to claim his white part. If anyone needs any evidence, look no further than the fact the Steve Nash is a two-time MVP

he was out a while early and had a couple rough patches but i cant argue much on your points regarding the second half of the season
You talking about Frail Curry that can be posted up by any PG, including Norris Cole?
Harden is the better defender imo. Lets ask who has the higher ceiling for defensive potential? Harden by far, and he'll make another leap next season. Curry is severely limited in this area due his 185 pound frame.

harden improved to being an average defender at best..curry improved on defense from last year to this year arguably more than harden (depending on how bad of a defender you judged harden to be last year)...by some metrics curry is actually a plus defender this year
look at this from last season:
his improvement this year is basically because he was trashbags last year.
I don't think improvements from previous seasons should weigh on the MVP selection. This is not a "Most Improved Player" ballot. Look at his defensive prowess as it is this season, and imo it is sufficient to not harm his chances of getting the pick.
