o boy...where do i begin.....first off i wanna say that growing up i never drank milk...hated it....hated the taste..the texture..even now i don't drink milk..i should of listened when mom said drinking milk will make you have strong bones but i was too set in my ways....

..now to my basketball injuries...
i'm 27, within the last 10 yrs i've had 8 severe ankle sprains, a separated shoulder, dislocated kneecap, broken growth plate when i was 15 which caused the docs to have to break the other growth plate, bumped knees with my cousin while hooping which had my knee fukked up, was in a cast for a month walking around with crutches, a dislocated pinky finger that was in the shape of an L, i went up for a rebound, when i came down my pinky finger was bend outward, due to the adrenaline flowing i was able to bend it back straight without that much pain, now my shyt is all swollen at the knuckle part of my pinky, and it hasn't went down in 2yrs

, bruised heels, a concussion, and a messload of other nagging stuff, for example a basketball rim fell on my head......
and last month i sprained my ACL..one of those football player types was guarding me....overly physical with the D..i was able to blow past him and dunk the previous possession, he didnt like that shyt i guess....anyways next time i had the ball i blew past him again the exact same way...i guess he thought i was gonna dunk so he jumped as high as he could to block, but i passed it to dude open in the corner while i was in the air. So he crashed into me mid air and i came down on one leg . i'm lucky it was just a sprain though...
