Gotta treat Twitter like you’re at a barbecue or a bar if you’re an artist of any kind. It’s not a showcase platform, it’s more of a listening platform.



dropping links and never engaging with anyone on Twitter doesn’t work unless you’re already a “somebody”

Search for shyt you’re either interested in or know a lot about and jump in those convos, retweet shyt you find interesting or funny etc once in a while.

It’ll naturally lead to people checking your profile and hopefully peeping your music.

People won’t just click links just to click links the way they used to so you have to put in some leg work and go about it a bit more indirect

Yup. My best advice besides having decent content is thumbnails. Having really good thumbnails and consistent posting will help you a lot.

I think my issue is I really cant figure what I'm doing wrong and what I'm doing right.

I have two videos that got suggested and it's like I really didn't do anything different from one video to another.

It's almost like youtube just said fukk it, these videos are going to win

For example the best video right about 23k the worst is like 300

But I really have no clue to why I just started getting randomly pushed like that on the winner's.
