It was, but Billy was rightly annoyed. Mike's bullshyt with trying to make whoever disagrees with whatever it is he's dikkriding at the moment is annoying as shyt.
Trying to flip not caring enough about Channing Tatum possibly being an a$$hole to not watch some shytty movie that flopped into "You don't believe women" is the type of shyt that would get somebody slapped. No reason at all to flip a harmless disagreement into something like that that could get someone's timeline lit up.
