Dan and Stu reminiscing was really cool and Mike did get Hoch to chime in for his involvement on the show, as well as other key people that got the ball rolling.

I had no idea Boog Sciambi was so instrumental to everything

Y'all should give it a listen. Can't wait for the following episodes/chapters.

Yeah I really liked the oral history of the show.

I didn’t start listening until they were on ESPN so it’s fun hearing about the early days.

The story of Dan meeting Stu was funny. They said that man Stu was wearing a suit with slicked back hair

Also I always heard about Hoch being the og EP but never knew how instrumental he was in turning the show into what it was/is.

I hope they talk to Allyson Turner.

Listened to the Behind the Music or whatever they call it. It was decent. I remember them telling a lot of bits and pieces right after their ESPN exit. Should be interesting when they get to the Dan and Stugotz arguments off and on the air.

My main takeaway is that the main constants since the beginning are Stugotz lies and Dan seems like a lot to deal with. Comes off like the team lead that believes their erratic behavior will strengthen team morale when all it does is make everyone take a hard look at their salary & benefits.

I think it was something about Hoch leveraging a job at the morning show or taking Dan's timeslot with his own show or something along those lines? I do remember them briefly discussing what happened years ago but I can't recall the details.
